Cloud 91 is a new venture, launched by a team of aviators with decades of experience in On-Demand Charter (FAA Part 135), Scheduled Air Carrier (Part 121), and General Aviation (Part 91). Our mission is to make private air travel more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable — by optimizing the process of dry leasing. Whether you own an aircraft, know someone who does, or want to start a new relationship, we're here to streamline everything.

As an owner of an aircraft, from single engine piston to large cabin business jet, you might be considering ways to offset your costs. However, achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance to charter your aircraft is an arduous process. It can take years to set up and comes with loads of overhead. We believe there's a better way, for you and your clients.

With a dry lease contract, both parties agree on hours, terms, and scheduling, and share the use of the asset. Each lessee finds and compensates a qualified crew, and pays for fuel and incidentals on a trip-by-trip basis. We'll talk to the local FSDO (Flight Standards District Office) on your behalf to ensure the operation remains compliant with FAA Part 91 (GA) regulations, and help avoid costly pitfalls such as accidental illegal charters.
